INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken breast
1 tsp. Olive oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 medium orange, juiced
1 medium lime, juiced
1 T cilantro, finely chopped
2 tsp. garlic, minced
salt
1 bag. red, yellow and green bell pepper
1 red onion, peeled, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, cut into small dice
1 tsp. soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slice chicken breast
2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, soy
sauce, juices, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper
3. Por mixture over chicken. Cover, refrigerate
and allow to marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
4. Heat more olive oil in a large skillet.
5. Drain excess marinade from chicken. Add
chicken to skillet, and sauté for 3 minutes.
6. Add peppers, onion, and jalapeño; sprinkle
with soy sauce.
7. Serve inmediately
